Mentoring

Our mentoring services support people with disability to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve personal goals.

Whether you're navigating new challenges, planning for the future, or building your independence, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Social and Community Participation

We work with people of all ages and backgrounds — including young people, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) participants, and those navigating complex life situations.

Our mentoring includes:

  • One-on-one support to set and achieve personal goals

  • Confidence building and motivation

  • Developing everyday life skills – communication, organisation, self-advocacy

  • Exploring hobbies, interests, and community involvement

  • Support to access education, volunteering, or employment pathways

  • Culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive support

Group and School Holiday Programs

Our group programs and school holiday activities offer fun, inclusive, and engaging experiences for children, teens, and young adults living with disability. Designed to build confidence, social skills, and friendships, our programs are a safe and supportive way to try new things and connect with others.

Activities are age-appropriate, goal-focused, and aligned with NDIS outcomes under Increased Social and Community Participation or Core Supports. Whether it’s building confidence, exploring new interests, or just having fun in a safe environment, our programs are built around the needs and interests of every participant.
