Jake is the founder and Director of Inclusive Support Services South Australia, which includes Inclusive Carers and Inclusive Swim. Inclusive Carers was founded in 2023 after identifying a need for authentic and inclusive care services.

In Jake’s role as director of Inclusive Support Services South Australia, he is committed to the growth of services, as well as greater advocacy for NDIS support. Jake is currently taking on support work and mentoring services for clients across the greater Adelaide region.

With a Bachelor of Social Work, Chenel brings a strong foundation in advocacy, person-centred practice and holistic support. Chenel's background ensures our clients and families feel heard, understood and supported at every stage of their journey with our team.

As Client Liaison Manager, Chenel will be your key point of contact - helping navigate services, coordinating supports and ensuring communication is clear, responsive and compassionate.

Inclusive Swim Coordinator

With a Double Degree in Exercise Sport Sciences and Nutrition & Food Services and more than nine years of experience in the aquatics industry, Emily is passionate about creating and delivering programs that make a genuine difference for people with additional needs.

Emily also lives with mild Right Hemiplegia Cerebral Palsy and embraces the motto “different but not less”.Her lived experience, combined with her experience competing as an elite Multi-Class state and national swimmer, has shaped a strong commitment to promoting inclusion and accessibility.
