Jake Culkin - Founder & Director
MBA, BBus(Mgt)
Jake is the founder and Director of Inclusive Support Services South Australia, which includes Inclusive Carers and Inclusive Swim. Inclusive Carers was founded in 2023 after identifying a need for authentic and inclusive care services.
Most recently, Jake has held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Royal Life Saving South Australia. In this role, Jake has delivered a vast array of inclusive programs, including designing and delivering Autism Friendly programs in collaboration with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
In Jake’s role as director of Inclusive Support Services South Australia, he is committed to the growth of services, as well as greater advocacy for NDIS support. Jake is currently taking on support work and mentoring services for clients across the greater Adelaide region.
Mathew John - Business Development Manager
MBA
Mathew is a dynamic professional with over 24 years of experience across the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industries. He brings extensive expertise in strategic management, customer service, project management, relationship management, networking, and operational support. Mathew holds a Master of Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Naomi Mitchell - Administration Manager
Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
Naomi has a background in retail, beauty, and administration, which helps to bring a unique mix of creativity and organisation to her role. For the past three years, Naomi has worked in administration within the aquatic industry, which has included the management of the Inclusive Swim program and the NDIS administrative processes.
Naomi is passionate about crafting, helping others, and watching parents light up when their children achieve the impossible.
